As medical marijuana is being more widely prescribed for everything from pain management to seizure prevention to sleeping disorders; and as recreational cannabis is soon be legalized in Canada, many employers are left wondering how this is going to affect their businesses and what, if any, measures they can take should cannabis use in the workplace become a problem for their company.
